Raw Food is food that isn’t heated above 42 degrees.  This retains the food’s vitamins and minerals as well as the taste.  These foods are also used to increase energy levels, and to stimulate intestinal flora.  For the most part it concerns unsprayed, organic vegetables, fruit, nuts, grains and seeds.  Raw food can be used in any dish, be it at breakfast, lunch or dinner.
