Preparation

The first layer is a Biofood salad dressing

The next layer are zucchini, beans and carrots

Then a layer of couscous

Don’t forget the protein in the form of feta, goat cheese or a breeze

Put some walnuts, pine nuts and broken linseed on top

Finish the salad with bright ingredients such as all kinds of lettuce or other leafy vegetable

  • 2 carotts
  • 100 g couscous
  • 1 hardboiled egg
  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon broken linseed
  • 1 package corn salad
